NiZn ferrite cores
For high-frequency and interference-suppression designs where the selected material’s frequency-dependent properties are important. Specify the required impedance or magnetic performance.
Iron powder cores
Distributed-gap material for inductors and other designs where energy storage and DC bias matter. Confirm loss, inductance under bias and thermal conditions for the selected material.
Soft magnetic cores are not permanent holding magnets. They are selected for their response to changing magnetic fields in transformers, inductors and interference-suppression components.

Common questions
Do you supply all three core families?
Yes. Ningbo Empire manufactures and supplies MnZn ferrite, NiZn ferrite and iron powder cores. Grade, dimensions and delivery conditions are confirmed for each enquiry.
Can I select a core by shape alone?
No. Similar shapes can use different materials with different loss, permeability and frequency behavior. Send the electrical duty and operating conditions with the drawing.
Are windings included?
This category covers magnetic cores. Any winding, bobbin or finished magnetic component requirement needs separate confirmation in the quotation.
