EmpireMagnets.com provides general information about magnetic materials, manufacturing capabilities, quality processes and engineering services offered by Ningbo Empire Advanced Material Co., Ltd. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
2. Technical information is not a final specification
Material properties, grade tables, tolerances, temperature ranges, application examples and downloadable documents are provided for preliminary selection and discussion. They do not replace a drawing, purchase specification, approved sample, inspection plan or signed agreement.
Final performance depends on geometry, magnetization, coating, magnetic circuit, temperature, environment, assembly method and acceptance criteria. Project-specific requirements must be confirmed in our written quotation and approved documents.
3. Quotations and orders
An RFQ submission is a request for engineering review and does not create an obligation to supply or purchase. A binding commercial arrangement exists only after the parties agree the applicable quotation, specification, order and contractual terms.
Lead time, price, tooling, minimum order quantity, inspection scope and delivery conditions remain subject to written confirmation.
4. Drawings, files and NDA requests
You confirm that you have the right to submit any drawing, specification, image or other file. We will use submitted material to evaluate and respond to the project as described in our Privacy Policy.
Confidential projects: selecting “Send NDA” requests an NDA discussion; it does not mean an NDA is already in force. Do not transmit export-controlled, classified or exceptionally sensitive information until the required agreement and transfer method are confirmed in writing.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, layouts, diagrams and Ningbo Empire brand elements are owned by or licensed to Ningbo Empire. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Display of a customer or third-party mark describes relevant program experience or an authorized reference and does not imply endorsement, exclusivity or ownership of that mark.
You may download technical documents for internal sourcing, engineering and supplier-evaluation use. Republishing, reselling, altering or presenting the content as your own is not permitted without written authorization.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware or unlawful content, interfere with service operation, scrape the website at a disruptive rate, or use the website to infringe another party's rights.
